Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam

As per the AusCham charter, every year half of the total board members of the chamber will be elected, which means 4 Board members for HCMC and 2 Board members for Ha Noi.  

In HCMC there are 4 nominees for 4 Board positions and so there will be no vote required for these positions. 

In Ha Noi there are 4 nominees for 2 Board positions so there will be a vote for these 2 positions. The vote for Directors is open to ALL VOTING MEMBERS irrespective of your location. 

The results of the election will be announced at the AGM in both Hanoi and HCMC on 26/03/2024.

Following the declaration of the new Board of  Directors, they will meet to elect the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer as per the rules of the Charter.
